Jared had the day off of work so we decided to take a little trip and a picnic to the Las Vegas temple. There is a little valley to the side of the temple grounds where you are technically on the grounds, but out of sight of passers by. There we enjoyed our picnic lunch, played hide and seek in the trees, and basked in the abnormally warm October weather. Our three little nature lovers had a blast. Olivia found a dried leaf that she refused to detach herself from, Ana had to smell every patch of bloomage she passed, and Luke scratched himself climbing a big tree. We really enjoyed the spirit of peace that you only feel when you are on the temple grounds.
